Full self-refund available in App within 7 days after successful payment for membership orders.

2. Alipay Orders

Full self-refund available in App within 7 days after successful payment for membership orders.

3. Refund Limit

One refund per account monthly, with a total limit of 3 refunds per account.

4. Special Cases

Please contact support for orders exceeding the 7-day limit or other special situations.
