1. Unable to use membership benefits after payment

Fully close and restart the App, and make sure you are logged in with the same account used for the membership purchase.

If the problem persists, contact customer service and provide your order details. We will verify your order and restore your membership benefits.

2. Dissatisfied with membership services

You may apply for a refund in accordance with the refund rules:

(1) Orders paid via WeChat/Alipay: Full refunds can be applied for directly in the App within 7 days after successful payment.

(2) Orders older than 7 days: Please contact customer service for verification and processing.

3. Accidental payment

No worries, you can submit a refund request. Eligible orders can be refunded online automatically. For orders beyond the self-service scope, please contact customer service for help.

4. Suspected fraudulent transaction

Please contact customer service immediately and describe the transaction details and relevant clues. Our platform will fully assist you in investigating and resolving the issue.

5. Unauthorized payment detected

If you confirm the transaction was not initiated by yourself, please report it to customer service right away. We will check the transaction records and handle the matter properly.

6. Other issues
