How to request a refund for VIP

Hello, we apologize for the issue. If you need a refund, please contact our human support as follows:

Go to More → tap your membership card → tap Exclusive Support.

In the pop-up, tap Complaint/Refund → then tap I understand.

You will be redirected to WeChat customer service chat. Type "Android refund" and send it. You will then be transferred to a human agent.

Note: Our support hours are 8:30–12:00 and 13:30–17:30 (weekdays). We will reply within 24 hours. Due to high volume, please be patient. Thank you for your understanding.

Reminder: To help us process your refund request efficiently, please provide a screenshot of the order. You can find the order details in your payment app:

WeChat Pay orders: WeChat App → Me → Services → Wallet → Transactions (Bill). Provide the order number starting with 4.

Alipay orders: Alipay App → My → Bill. Tap More in the middle of the detail page. Provide the order number starting with 2.
