How to request a refund for VIP

Tap Help Center, scroll to the bottom and select Official Customer Service. Click Apply for Refund in the pop-up, choose your order and follow prompts to submit. Update the app to the latest version if you cannot find the entry.

Orders eligible for self-service refund (within 7 days of payment): Select a refund reason and tap "Confirm" to submit your refund request instantly.

If you need assistance from human customer service, tap "Switch to Human Agent". You will be redirected to the WeChat customer service chat window. Type "Android Refund" and send the message to connect with a human agent directly.
